Update published Authorizations
Just follow
Step by Step
- Follow steps to search and open an authorization
- Click Tab “Staff”
- Fill in search criteria for intended staff memers in filter fields
- Click Button “Apply Filter”. Matching entries are displayed.
- Check the intended staff members.
- Click Button “Authorization for selected rows”

Nothing to know here
Impacts
As a result of this step authorization which have been already assigned to staff members are updated. New or removed qualifications are added or taken as prerequisites.
ATTENTION: If you assign and publish a qualification, which is not fulfilled by your existing staff, the linked authorizations will be invalid in the moment of publishing.
