Defined training procedures for on-the-job training certifying staff Part-66. 

The full training procedures for on-the-job training is described as per Section 6 of Appendix III to Part-66. Aircraft training and examination standard-On the Job Training and to perform the OJT is related to category and scope of work. All subjects related in nature and duration are described by the authority. With the support of a modern digitalized training and qualification software you are able to manage such an OJT program. The OJT program shall be described by the MMOE by nature of task und the duration to achieve the knowledge and ability. With a modern software you are able to manage the task, the OJT assignment, handout, task tracking and the competence assessment. The full process will be all time controlled by the responsible department manager.
