Demonstrating the Human Factors Training Procedure?
The human factors training procedure is described by EASA Part 145.A.30(e), AMC2 145.A.30(e), GM1 145.A.30(e) and separated in Initial and continuation training. The Human factors training could be adjusted to reflect the particular nature of the organization (size, scope of work). Human factors continuation training shall be of an appropriate duration in each two-year period and shall reflect feedback by audit findings, human errors and/or other internal or external findings. The company is also able to support such a process by issuing on continues based continuation training letters to announce human factors related learning objectives. A digitalized training and qualification software is able to assure compliance of the Human Factors training program. The Human Factors training program is need to fulfill the requirements CRS and qualified staff MRO. The CAMO safety training, initial and continuation, shall reflect such a human factor training as well.
