To keep authorized staff qualified by oversensing all needed expiring qualifications you shall take support by using a digitalized training and qualification software. All staff related to any aviation organization shall be qualified and competent in relation to their Job Function, Category and/or scope of work. Those qualifications are described and/or requested by aviation regulations, example: Licensed staff Part 66, NDT staff, audit staff and/or regulations described by government or local law. Such German SprengG or DGUV Verkehr required lifting, crane and fork lifter. Qualifications as well described per HR Job Description related to role function or level of work assignment. The organization shall describe authorization and qualification profiles per category, job function, role and/or level of work in a roster system with specified data and proof of evidence.  Resume, to avoid missing qualifications or expired qualifications and uncontrolled staff performing work you shall digitalize you training and qualification system.
