Why MRO and CAMO need a list of Certifying Staff, support staff and airworthiness review staff
Each MRO, approved by the national authority shall have a list of Certifying Staff (C/S) and Support Staff (S/S). It shall be a list of categories A, B1, B2 and C certifying staff and support staff. Different categories of Certifying staff and Support Staff depending on the intended scope of work, the content of the list and its management. When the organization is making use of task trained certifying staff (such as cat. A certifying staff, etc.), the specific list of authorized tasks (as applicable to the scope of work of the organization) shall be agreed by EASA and by means of an MOE procedure. Refer to AMC 145.A.30(g) for the typical tasks which may be permitted after task training. List of CAMO called airworthiness review staff. The MRO shall also provide a list of all staff engaged in Maintenace. A modern and digitalized software is able to issue such a list. The are no borders of reports by using digitalized software. For an example list of OJT Task, list of contracted staff, list of NDT staff, list of staff per department or cost center.
