The organization must be able to demonstrate that they have adequate manpower resources to support the entire scope of approval. The organization shall not declare a percentage of staff used but shall indicate the number of staff needed to comply with Part 145 requirements. The organization shall provide a summary table with a spilt of various staff categories. The category shall reflect Job Functions i.a.w. EASA Part 145 or at least for Management personnel, technical support staff, Quality system staff, certifying staff, Base maintenance support staff, Maintenance technical staff other than certifying staff and support staff. I.a.w. EASA 145.A.70(a)7 and 145.A.30(d). Modern digitalized software is able to support such a process by tracking qualification in nature and duration to make sure the entire approval of the company is in line i.a.w. requirements and compliance regulations.
